On April 3, CETC and the other five partners held a signing ceremony for strategic cooperation of "One Network for All, Cloud Empowers the Future" through "CETC Yunshi" video conference system. The five partners included Changsha High-tech Industrial Development Zone Management Committee, Bank of Communications Hunan Branch, State Grid Credit Information Co., Ltd., Xiamen Information Group Big Data Operation Co., Ltd., Hainan Lingshui Li Autonomous County Education Bureau. The cooperation, based on the foundation of "One Network for All" Big Data Analysis System for Epidemic Prevention & Control and Resumption of Work & Production, will promote the development in multiple fields such as big data center, AI, industrial Internet, etc., so as to jointly accelerate the construction of "new infrastructure".

Wu Xiang, Director General of the Department of Industry of CETC, made an opening speech. Ding Xiancheng, Senior Executive of the Department of Industry, presided over the meeting. Wang Pengda, General Manager of CETC Cloud Company signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of CETC.

"New infrastructure" is an effective means to cope with the impact of the epidemic, promote consumption, and stabilize economic growth. It is also the foundation for the innovation and development of the digital economy, even more a new infrastructure layout guided by the thinking of the network information system.
