On April 3, 2020, Guangming Daily had a full-page report of CETC’s "New Infrastructure" answer sheet in the "Great War and Test". CETC’s way is a typical approach to a digital solution for the "double victory" of epidemic prevention & control and the realization of economic and social development goals. This is a typical anti-epidemic "war" in the digital age, and it is also a practical exercise for the effectiveness of "New Infrastructure".

Subsequently, CETC presented "One Network for All" Big Data Analysis System for Epidemic Prevention & Control and Resumption of Work & Production, which has served more than 3,000 enterprises or departments, making great contributions to both the national resumption and epidemic prevention.
