On July 13th, CETC signed two significant strategic cooperation agreements: one was a strategic partnership agreement with the merchants group and the other one was a trilateral strategic cooperation agreement among CETC, State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping, Merchants Group.

According to the agreement, the three parties will give full play to their respective advantages in resources, technology,HR, market and management, in line with the principle "complementary advantages, resource sharing, equality, voluntary, win-win", to implement the Development Strategy Outline of National Innovation Drive and the instruction of General Secretary Xi Jinping, Prime Minister Li Keqiang, promote the integration development of science and technology, industry, finance, to realize the business transformation and upgrading of national geographic information surveying and mapping, CETC’s business of "safe" and "wisdom", Merchants Group’s business transportation, finance and real estate, to promote national strategy implementation “ One Belt One Road”, the innovation drives development, civil-military integration and supply side reform.
