The sixth CETC Youth Federation President of meeting held in Hefei in December 20th. The spirit of the central and the group company documents and speeches were seriously studied on the meeting. Participants also reviewed the major work in 2015 and discussed the work ideas for 2016. Zuolei, director of the Department of party work of the Group, chairman of Youth Federation, Su Jun, vice chairman and Secretary General of Youth Federation, Zhang Yuxing, chairman on duty of Youth Federation in 2015, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of 38 Institute, and vice chairman of China Youth Federation, the relevant responsible persons of group company and unit attended the meeting.

Conference focused on learning the eighteen of the Fifth Plenary Session of the bulletin, "the 13th Five-Year Plan" proposal , “the Communist Party of China principle of honesty and self-discipline”, “the Chinese Communist Party discipline regulations, Zhao Leji’s important speech on the central enterprise party construction work meeting, Xiong Qunli’s important speech on the group company party cluster meeting and the work guidance of Chinese Communist Party of CETC to strengthen and improve Party's work .Zhang Yuxing reported main work of Youth Federation in 2015 and annual preliminary ideas of 2016 . Zuolei confirmed the whole year work of Youth Federation, addressed the center of gravity and guide for next step, and required all the people should follow the requirements of the central enterprise Youth Federation and the group company Party committee, solidifying all youth, always firming ideals and beliefs to service corporation reform and development, promoting the growth of youth, strengthening self construction, and making greater contribution to CETC youth.

"China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Youth Federation proposal work management approach" and “CECT Youth Federation co-opted member solution " were deliberated on the meeting. Zhanghong, Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of China Network Security, was elected to be the chairman on duty of Youth Federation in 2016.
